‘Level Up’ for Lennox PartsPlus

Techs often popped into Lennox PartsPlus to grab parts and go; opportunities for engagement slipped by. We needed to get customers to consider stocking up before dashing out the door.

So we gamified the experience of stocking up. The idea was as simple as a familiar 8-bit video game, encouraging techs to “Level up” for discounts. The creative leveraged the nostalgia the Lennox PartsPlus target demographic feels for arcade and video games.

100% of Lennox PartsPlus locations voluntarily participated in the promotion across North America. The promotion earned $2.9 million over Lennox PartsPlus' goal.
