The Problem: Construction is ugly. As a neighborhood bank, Benchmark wanted to use the fence surrounding the construction of their new building to say more than "pardon our dust."
The Solve: Since the construction site was located at the literal corner of Preston and Royal, I devised a headline that would reassure the community of Benchmark Bank's allegiance with a neighborly nod and wink.
